How do I buy tickets?
Tickets for all our events are available to purchase online through our website. If there is still availability on the day of the show sometimes you can buy tickets on the door.

What happens if a show is postponed?
Most of our postponed events have now been rescheduled, so hang onto your tickets as they will be valid for the new date. Any questions email ops@finsbay.com
Disabled access
Our events venue Charlie's Loft is up a flight of stairs, however the downstairs restaurant and bar can be accessed easily.
How do I get there?
By train : 5 minute walk from Milngavie railway station, as we are situated in the town centre. Can get the train from Glasgow Queen Street or Central.
By bus: Can get the 15 bus from Buchanan Bus Station to Milngavie Train Station or X10 towards Stirling which drops you off at Stewart Street, a 2 minute walk from the venue.
Where can I stay locally?
There is a Premier Inn in Milngavie which is no more than a 15 minute walk from our venue. Also, there is a range of Air B and B’s within the area. However, if you wish to stay in Glasgow City Centre instead please check transport times before you attend to ensure you know if they are running.
Can I park at the venue?
There is a large car park beside the venue.
Are there any age restrictions?
Please bring valid ID to every and all events. The acceptable forms of ID are a valid passport, a photo driving licence or a proof of age card such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme.
Each of our event pages will flag any age restriction, it’s always best to check before you purchase your tickets as a refund will not be given for under age visitors. Please remember that we may ask for your ID.

Can I get a refund on tickets?
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless an event is cancelled.
Alcohol Policy
We operate a challenge 25 policy. So, if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 and you’d like to purchase alcohol in the event space, you will be required to prove that you are over the age of 18. Please bring valid identification with you.
What are the opening hours?
Door times are different for every event, please check the event page directly for details. The restaurant and bar Fullbacks are open from 4pm every week day, and midday Saturday and Sunday.

Underage drinking?
We will refuse entry to anyone under the age of 18 who appears to be intoxicated. They will not receive a refund on their ticket.
Please be aware that your bags may be checked upon entry. Anyone under the age of 18 trying to bring alcohol into the venue will be refused entry and they will not receive a refund on their ticket.
Any adult caught purchasing alcohol for a minor will be asked to leave and reported to the police, they will not receive a refund on their ticket.
Can I hire a space for my event? How do I go about this?
Yes of course you can! To find out what rooms we offer please email ops@finsbay.com or give us a call on 0141 956 1325 for more information. We offer buffet options as well as the hire out of our 2 rooms upstairs.

Do you have a cloakroom?
There will be a cloakroom available for all events.
Smoking
Charlie Loft has a designated smoking area within its grounds.
Outside the venue
Please be aware that Charlies Loft is in a part residential area, we ask you to please respect our neighbours by not making excessive noise whilst leaving the venue.
Rights of entry
We have the right to refuse admission if you are (or appear to be) drunk, under age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, behaving antisocially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances or decline to be searched. Anyone refused entry will not receive a refund on their ticket.
Do you have a bar?
Yes we have a very well stocked bar, which is connected to our event space. Please note that at all events we give 20% off pre gig drinks and foods downstairs at our restaurant in Fullbacks.
Can I bring a camera?
The venue will take photographs at events and we reserve the right to use any of these photographs taken for marketing purposes and you agree to your image being used in their way as a condition of entry.
Can I bring my bag? Are there any restrictions?
A small bag is permitted per person. All bags may be subject to search by our security team, upon arrival at the venue. If you need to bring anything larger to the venue, it can be left in the cloakroom and could be subject to a search by our security team.
